Submission Guidelines

WRITING RULES

 

  • The entire text should be written in Times New Roman with 12 font size.
  • Turkish and English abstracts should not exceed 200 words. The manuscripts written in English don't have to present an additional abstract in Turkish. It is important to note however that manuscripts not written in English should contain an additional abstract in English.
  • Keywords should be 3-5 words in Turkish and English.
  • Author names should be written under the title of the article in 12 pt.
  • Authors' institution information and e-mail addresses should be written as a footnote in 10 pt.
  • Graphics, table and figure titles should be 12 pt. and bold (if reference is to be given, it should be given under the table, figure and graphic).
  • Page layout (margins) for sections should be set as "line spacing 1.25", "top gap: 3.5 cm", "bottom gap: 3.5 cm", "paragraph indent: 1.27" "left and right indent: 2.5 cm"
  • Main headings should be written in CAPITAL letters and bold.
  • In your full texts, it should consist of SUMMARY, INTRODUCTION, RESEARCH FINDINGS, CONCLUSION, SUGGESTIONS and REFERENCES.
  • APA 7 rules are valid for source representation.

 

ABSTRACT SUBMITTERS' DECLARATION

Before submitting the abstract, the Abstract Submitter will be required to confirm the following:

 

a)   I, the Abstract Submitter, confirm that I previewed this abstract and that all information is correct. I accept that the content of this abstract can not be modified or corrected after final submission and I am aware that it will be published exactly as submitted.

b)  Submission of the abstract constitutes my consent to publication (e.g. congress website, abstract book, proceeding book, programmes, other promotions, etc.)

c)   I, the Abstract Submitter, warrant and represent that I am the sole owner or have the rights of all the information and content ("Content") provided to the conference organization. The publication of the abstract does not infringe any third party rights including, but not limited to, intellectual property rights.

d)   I, the Abstract Submitter, grant the  conference organization.   a royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable nonexclusive license to use, reproduce, publish, translate, distribute, and display the Content.

e)   Conference organization reserve the right to remove from any publication an abstract which does not comply with the above.

f)    I herewith confirm that the contact details saved in this system are those of the corresponding author, who will be notified about the status of the abstract. The corresponding author is responsible for informing the other authors about the status of the abstract.
